This neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express, located at 11075 N. Oracle Road.
The applicant and Town staff will be in attendance and will be available to answer questions.
Following the neighborhood meeting, the applications will be considered by the Conceptual Design Review Board and Planning and Zoning Commission who will provide recommendations to Town Council. The Town Council will make the final decision on the applicant’s requests. Notices will be mailed prior to each public hearing.
