Update: The Capella rezoning application has been submitted and is in review for general plan, zoning, traffic and drainage.

Four (4) Focus Meetings which are intended to provide a deeper dive into issues most important to specific areas and neighborhoods have been scheduled. Residents are invited to participate in any and all meetings. The meetings are as follows:

Focus Meeting #4 - Neighbors in the Estates at Capella

Following the above focus meetings, a final general meeting may be held to summarize findings from previous meetings and address any remaining issues if needed. Notices will be provided to all residents in the same notification boundary.
