PUBLIC HEARING: Big Wash General Plan Amendment and Rezoning discussion and possible action regarding approximately 108-acres located north of Tangerine Road, between the future Moore Road loop on the west and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard on the east. The applicant seeks to change the existing development rights on the property as follows:

1. General Plan Amendment FROM Open Space, Park, Resort/Golf Course, and Medium Density Residential TO Open Space, Park, Medium Density Residential and Medium High Density Residential (OV1701068).

2. Rezoning FROM Open Space, Recreation Area/Golf Course, Medium High Density Residential, Commercial (C-1) TO Open Space, Medium Density Residential, and Medium High Density Residential (OV1701630).

PUBLIC HEARING: Tangerine – State Land General Plan Amendment discussion and possible action regarding a State of Arizona owned property comprising approximately 302-acres located at the northwest intersection of W. Tangerine Road and N. Coyote Crossing Trail and bordered by W. Moore Road and N. Thornydale Road. The purpose of the request is to extend the General Plan Planning Boundary and add a land use designation of Master Planned Community (OV1701699).
