UPDATE: Lane restrictions on southbound La Canada in place through June 30

June 9, 2017

Lane restrictions on southbound La Cañada Drive, from Cañada Hills to Lambert Lane, will remain in place through June 30, 2017. These restrictions are part of the Lambert Lane Phase 2 project and are in the interest of public safety. During the roadway excavation process, the construction contractor encountered unforeseen conditions, resulting in the need to update the lane restriction timeline. Motorists should expect heavy delays, especially during commute hours. If possible, seek alternate routes.

Reminder of Lambert Lane closure through June 30

From a May 26, 2017 press release:
“Lambert Lane will remain closed to thru-traffic from La Cañada Drive to La Cholla Boulevard until June 30, 2017 (weather permitting). The closure, which began on March 13, 2017, is in the interest of public safety, minimizing the risk to pedestrian and vehicle traffic while crews continue work on the Lambert Lane Phase 2 project. (Local-only traffic has access to W. Lambert Lane.)”
