The Southern Arizona Veterans and First Responders Living Memorial will be a place of solemn, honor, reflection and education dedicated to those who have made sacrifices in service to their country.

The memorial will be located at Naranja Park, 810 W. Naranja Drive.

On September 21, 2016, Oro Valley Town Council voted to approve the "Stars at Home and Abroad" final conceptual design for the Veterans and First Responders Living Memorial at Naranja Park.

The task force, which began in January 2016 and comprises Oro Valley veterans, first responders and Town representatives, has begun fundraising efforts to construct the memorial.
