Public Hearing: A Zoning Code Text Amendment related to the Conditional Use Permit requirements for new utility poles, equipment and wires. The proposed Zoning Code Amendment to Section 25.1.B.22 of the Town of Oro Valley Zoning Code would change the thresholds for when a Conditional Use Permit is required for new utility poles, wires and above ground equipment upgrades, OV1700002.
