  • March 1, 2018 - Notice of Amendments to Development Impact Fee Infrastructure Improvement Plans for Transportation, Parks and Water Utility

    Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Oro Valley, AZ will convene on April 4, 2018 at 6:00 PM in its regular Town Council meeting to consider an amendment to its development impact fee infrastructure improvements plan (IIP). 

    This meeting will be held in the Oro Valley Town Council Chambers, 11000 N. La Canada Dr., Oro Valley, AZ 85737.

Community Development & Public Works is comprised into seven functional areas. Community Development's primary areas of service: Planning and Zoning, Building Safety (Inspections and Compliance) and Permitting. Public Works' primary areas of service: Engineering, Operations (streets, parks, facility & fleet maintenance), Stormwater Utility, and Transit.

The Community Development and Public Works Department coordinates all facets of the planning and zoning, permitting, construction, and inspection for all horizontal and vertical construction and infrastructure elements within the Town of Oro Valley. The Department is also responsible for transportation planning and engineering, traffic engineering, highway capacity and safety improvements, street maintenance, pavement management, Stormwater management, flood control, facilities maintenance, fleet maintenance, and transit.
