Copper Moon |  Bluegrass / Americana

Copper Moon plays Country/Americana music featuring originals by Larry Armstrong with an emphasis on classic country and the great singer/songwriters.  Larry Armstrong was learning songs before he learned to ride a bike. The son of local Western Music legend, Dean Armstrong, Larry was exposed to all the greats of his childhood first hand. He went on to earn degrees in music theory and composition and to lead the renegade Country band, Rowdy & the Rivets, in the San Francisco Bay Area in the mid-1970’s.  Copper Moon also includes John Jensen on Lap Steel and/or Six String and (if the moon is right) Doug Parmenter on Drums.
