Gootter Foundation furnishes OVPD with new AEDs for Patrol vehicles.

ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (July 26,  2021) – The Oro Valley Police Department (OVPD) is excited to announce the donation of 10 new Automated External Defibrillator devices(AED) which was made possible by the Steven M. Gootter Foundation. 

OVPD appreciates the generous donation of AEDs as it will provide valuable tools for our officers as they continue to assist our community in the event of an emergency when time is of the utmost importance.

We will be thanking the Gootter Foundation at an event scheduled for July 27th at 3 pm, located at the OVPD substation, 500 W Magee Rd. Press is invited to attend and see the devices firsthand.
