WHAT IS SMARTSCAPE?Smartscape is a training program designed to encourage consistent horticultural practices compatible with the Sonoran Desert. The program is endorsed by statewide landscape organizations. Participants who complete a series of two-hour workshops will be recognized and may become eligible for scholarships to attend the Arizona Certified Nursery Professionals (ACNP) or the Arizona Certified Landscape Professionals (ACLP) certification programs.
WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Landscapes that are energy and water efficient are in demand. Becoming a skilled Smartscape professional will allow you to provide quality service to your customers and will give you the opportunity to create and maintain beautiful and efficient landscapes compatible with our desert community.
