For those customers who do not wish to place payments and correspondence in the mail we offer a 24 hour drop box located to the right of the front door on the Water Utility building located at 11000 N. La Canada Drive. The Oro Valley Water Utility does accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit cards for payment of water bills. When paying online or via telephone at 877-309-6033; there is a $1.50 convenience fee for this service. There is no fee when the credit card is presented in person. To pay online you will need your PIN number which is the last four digits of the telephone number listed on your Oro Valley Water Utility account.
