Oro Valley Town Attorney Tobin Rosen has been a practicing attorney in Arizona for over 30 years, and has more than 26 years of experience in the public sector. He joined the town staff in 2007.
Rosen obtained his bachelor’s degree with highest distinction from the University of Arizona, and his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School.
Rosen has served on the ethics committee of the State Bar of Arizona, a local hearing committee for the Disciplinary Commission of Arizona, the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona, the Committee on Examinations of the Arizona Supreme Court, the Committee on Character and Fitness of the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Peer Review Committee of the State Bar of Arizona. |
