Jazzercise® It Shows

Hatha Yoga Inspired by Anusara
Instructor: Kathi Covington is a licensed Yoga instructor who inspires her students. Each of her classes creates a deeper understanding of the poses to gain better balance, strength, flexibility and lower the effects of stress. T'ai Chi - Classic Wu Style
Instructor: Edna Silva - Edna is the founder of Lifestyles in Balance, R.N. Coordinator of Northwest Congestive Heart Failure Clinic and Author of The Guide to A Healthy Heart. Edna has studied Tái Chi with Chinese masters in China, the United States and New Zealand.

Dynamic Yoga
Instructor: Maria Kalima; Certified Yoga Instructor through Mount Madonna Teacher Training Program; and a Certified Yoga Therapist through Integrative Yoga Therapy; as well as being a nationally accredited (RYT) Registered Yoga Teacher. In addition, Maria is a Registered Nurse.
Description: Dynamic Yoga & Yoga sculpt classes are designed for all physical abilities. Classes utilize movement, breath, internal focus and alignment principles to guide participants in a delightful practice. The one and a half hours of yoga instruction will include an eclectic teaching style to promote flexibility, strength, tone & endurance.

Zumba
Instructor: Tami Gordon; Certified Zumba instructor
Description: Zumba is a fun, fun, fun workout fusing Latin dance and music, with interval training disguised as a dance routine. It uses rhythms from a variety of global dances - samba, tango, meringue, salsa, flamenco, cha cha, belly dancing and hip-hop, among others.

Personal Training Correct Movement & Fitness
Instructor: Hector Raul Espinoza II is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under National Strength and Conditioning Association also Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. Nine years coaching experience.
Description: Correct Fitness classes are designed to introduce new forms of exercise that differ from what you find with gym equipment. This allows workouts to be fun, energetic, motivating, and non-monotonous. Correct Movement classes are designed with the athlete in mind. Every aspect of the class is focused on developing movement, increasing the speed, agility, and additional actions found in athletics. Correct Movement classes are not sport specific because everything taught can be used in any activity.
