Membership Requirements:
 
1.    The Racquetball Court is open daily from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

2.    Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.  Reservations may be made in person or by calling Parks & Recreation at (520) 229-5050 during normal business hours.  (Office Hours:  Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Please be advised that the Town of Oro Valley’s programs will receive priority scheduling.  The courts are available for public use during non-program hours.

3.    A current Racquetball Membership form must be completed prior to making a reservation.

4.    Racquetball Courts can be reserved up to one (1) hour for singles play and two (2) hours for doubles.

5.    Reservations must be made no more than 48 hours in advance.  For Saturday, Sunday and Monday reservations, please call on Friday.

6.    All racquetball members are required to pick up and remove all personal items and litter prior to leaving the facility.  Please note that the Town of Oro Valley is not responsible for any personal items left behind or misplaced.

7.    Light Fees:  A light fee of $2.00 per hour will be charged for each hour of night use (times determined by the Parks Division depend on season).  A drop box is available for after-hours payment at the office located at 680 W. Calle Concordia.

Lighted Use ($2.00 per hour will be charged for court use during these hours):
Fall/Winter (Sept. – Feb.): 6:00 – 9:00 a.m., 5:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Spring/Summer (March – Aug.): 6:00 – 7:00 a.m., 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.

8.    Failure to comply with these requirements may result in loss of privileges.  Charges may also be assessed for damages incurred to the tennis courts during time of usage.


Responsibility

I hereby agree to the terms indicated above and release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Town of Oro Valley, its officers, employees, and agents, from any losses, claims, actions, suits, or damages which arise, result, or might otherwise be attributable to the patron's use of the facilities including, but not limited to, personal injury or property damages except when such damages are determined to be caused by the Town's own negligence. Any damages awarded are limited to those, which are proportioned to the amount of the Town's negligence.
