Meeting Rooms
The library has two meeting rooms available to nonprofit community sponsored programs. The rooms may not be used to solicit business. All functions must be free and open to the public. Both meeting rooms are provided free of charge, but a deposit is required for use of the large meeting room. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.Study Room
The smaller Study Room offers:- An eight person capacity
- Usage during library hours only
- A white board
- Conference table and chairs already set up
- Reservations made at least 7 days in advance only but no more than 90 days in advance
Main Conference Room
The larger Main Conference Room offers:- A maximum 100 person capacity
- Tables and chairs
- Access to a small kitchenette and patio
- A key can be issued for this room if the meeting takes place outside of library hours
This key must be turned in to the front desk within two days after your meeting
It may not be kept in your possession, even if you have scheduled recurring meetings - Food and beverages may be served in this room as long as you leave the room as you found it
- Groups using the large meeting room are responsible for setting up and taking down all tables and chairs
- Reservations made at least 7 days in advance only but no more than 90 days in advance

How to apply for use of the Main Conference Room:
- Fill out the Meeting Room Application by clicking on the following link: Facilities Use Policy and Application
This must be filled out legibly, completely, and requires a signature - Submit the signed and notarized Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement
- Submit a deposit check in the amount of $200, made payable to the TOWN OF ORO VALLEY
Your check will be returned to you if there is no damage to the room
and the key, if one was signed out, is returned
