Get connected with free technology classes at the Oro Valley Public Library! We offer lecture-based learning classes and hands-on training on various computer topics. Registration begins 2 weeks prior to class. Call the Library at 229-5300 to register.

Learn about the Arizona Job Assistance Center (AzJAC) workstation and how to access job search & career building resources. Register for a two hour session (includes 1/2 hour overview with an instructor).

Resume Writing (Adults & Teens)
Wednesday, June 6 • 2 – 4 p.m.
Learn how to write an effective resume and cover letter and which resume formats the experts prefer.
Includes an introduction to the AzJAC Workstation.

Facebook 101 (Adults & Teens)
Thursday, June 7 • 6 – 8 p.m.
Learn the basics of social networking, sharing pictures, and updating your status.
Prerequisite: Must create a Facebook account before class. Please bring your username and password to class.

Job Search & Career Planning (Adults & Teens)
Friday, June 15 • 2 – 4 p.m.
Learn about strategies for finding a job including searching online, networking and using social media. Explore careers and learn how to research, plan and pursue the one that is right for you.
Includes an introduction to the AzJAC Workstation.
