Financial Dashboard
In July 2010 the Town of Oro Valley introduced a new method of financial reporting with the Financial Dashboard reports. The dashboard reports provide a visual, graphic depiction of the Town’s financial information as well as historical data so that trends may be followed in the Town’s finances. The reports are updated monthly and presented to Council along with the standard monthly updates.Providing greater transparency and enhancing communication of the Town’s financial information are key objectives of the Town. The creation of the dashboard reports achieves these objectives as well as increases the Town’s financial accountability to our residents.
Further expansion of these reports is expected to incorporate the Town’s progress toward completion of its performance measures in support of the Town’s Strategic Plan objectives.
