Transportation Regional Solutions
In collaboration with the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) the Town of Oro Valley has developed a service proposal persevering the current transit services with in the town. The following information was presented or made available at our first meeting on October 24, at 6 p.m. held in the Council Chambers.
Proposed Regional Transit Presentation
This services proposal preserves all transit services in the Oro Valley area at the same level and quality as it is currently offered. It provides fiscal support at a regional level allowing us to partner with the RTA to better enhance some transit options. The proposal integrates three services (Coyote Run, Handi-car and Sun Shuttle Dial-a-Ride) into one Dial-a-Ride system offering regional benefits and increased mobility options.
