Rebates and Incentives for Homeowners

TEP offers incentive payments for residential solar hot water and space heating systems, as well as residential solar electric systems (Photovoltaic), to encourage the installation of solar power. The Efficient Home Cooling Program provides rebates towards the purchase of qualifying high-efficiency air conditioners and heat pumps.

    EPA Energy Star Program Federal Tax Credits for Energy Efficiency
    Energy Star is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.

      Arizona Greywater Conservation System Tax Credit
      This credit is for costs associated with installing a water conservation system in the taxpayer’s residence located in Arizona that relates to the recovery and disposal of greywater.
