Paul Keesler has been the Development Review Division Manager since December 2005. He is a licensed engineer, receiving his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the U of A. Prior to joining the Town, Mr. Keesler had a 17 year career as a private civil/structural engineering consultant for two multination ENR 500 engineering firms. Paul moved to Tucson from upstate New York in 1982 and graduated from University H.S. @ Tucson High. Aside from short residency during college in the city, he has been a resident of the northwest Tucson area since 1983 and Oro Valley since 1998. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, contact sports & music. | ||
