Criminal Matters

Arraignment
If you have been cited for a criminal misdemeaner offense you must appear at the Oro Valley Magistrate Court on your court date for an arraignment.  An arraignment is a court appearance in which you are formerly notified of the charges that have been filed against you.

Pretrial Conference
If a Pretrial Conference has been set you must appear. The pretrial conference is for the purpose of discussing the case with the prosecutor.  If you have a lawyer he/she should accompany you to this conference.
