Collections

The Oro Valley Magistrate Court utilizes the following collection methods.

Payment of Fines, Fees and Restitution can be made by:
Cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery). Credit Cards can be used to pay fines and fees at the Court or pay online at our Web vendor.  A charge from the vendor will be associated with online payments.
Please do not pay by cash through the mail. Checks are made payable to Oro Valley Magistrate Court.

Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available upon qualification.  Call the court for further information.

Community Restitution
Community restitution in lieu of payment of fines and fees may be available upon qualification and availability.  Call the court for further information.
